New bakeries open every year. We just keep baking.

Dallas has been asking who bakes the best bread since before most of the city's bakeries existed. Year in, year out, the answer has been the same: the same bakehouse, the same hands, the same three-day croissant. We are grateful every time.

A baker's hands in flour at the bakehouse
Craft, passion, soul

Flour, water, salt, yeast. And patience.

Everything we sell is mixed, shaped and baked by hand at our Dallas bakehouse and driven to the cafés before the sun is up. Croissants take three days. Sourdough takes as long as it takes.
