The front of the house: greeting, espresso, the case, the register. Mornings start at 6.
Store manager
Run one of our six cafés: the team, the schedule, the standards, the neighborhood.
Bakehouse
Bakers, pastry, packing and delivery drivers. The bakehouse runs around the clock.
